Travels in Freda around the rugged Pembrokeshire coastline to sea-swim with wild seals have helped inspire my debut non-fiction book. There’s something untamed about nature that finds its way into my writing.

With a life-long passion in the arts world, I have had copywriting experience with leading London art galleries and high-end heritage properties, as well as selling my own artwork to collectors.
